THIS COURSE CAN BE COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY AS THE SUPERVISOR REFRESHER. 

Things to bring with you:

• Please ensure you provide us with your previous "Statement of Attainment" for ''RIIRIS402D - Carry out risk management process". Certificates must be either in date or no older than 6 months from expiry. G2 competencies are valid 5 years from date of issue. Failure to provide this evidence may delay your certification.

• Drivers Licence or another form of legal identification. E.G. Passport, High Risk Work Licence.
• Your USI Code

Our office front is located at 27 Iridium Drive. Once you have secured a park the entrance to our building is located at the front enterance to reception for check in
